In this role, I held three major responsibilities: Leading Controls & Automation Standards, overseeing Industry 4.0 Data & Analytics Governance, and OT Cyber Governance.
As the overseer of Automation Standards Governance, my task involved creating and managing the Control & Automation specifications, including the Industrial Network Global Technical Specifications "GTS." These specifications played a crucial role in the bidding processes of major capital projects, ensuring that OEMs and procurement teams incorporated up-to-date technology components and specifications that would last well into the future.
Within my responsibilities for Data & Analytics Governance, I conducted regular oversight of Supply Chain Master Data & Analytics initiatives across brewing, packaging, and utility functions. The goal was to enforce adherence to data and analytics standards in all projects throughout the supply chain. Notable projects spanning the supply chain included predictive maintenance, advanced process controls, packing line modulation, and telemetric. Additionally, I led the establishment of a Supply Data House and oversaw the development and deployment of a custom ETL Platform for extracting plant floor data from equipment at over 100+ sites.
In the domain of OT Cyber Security Governance, I took the lead in constructing a comprehensive OT Cyber Security framework for the Supply Chain in collaboration with IT. In collaboration IT, I led the coordination of OT Cyber project implementation across the Supply Chain and the establishment of an OT SOC operation in India to monitor over 300+ facilities. A crucial aspect of my responsibilities was overseeing the OT Cyber Security Executive SteerCo, fostering collaboration between IT and Supply Chain, and ensuring executive alignment on the overall OT Cyber Security strategy and roadmap.
